Our Philosophy Statement

GATE firmly believes that those who become successful in hospitality
careers are required to be extremely hardworking, disciplined and
down to earth. We are of the view that being quietly efficient is not
sufficient to become a successful hospitality professional. Thus, we
aim to generate a group of individuals with a passion and enthusiasm
for this industry by developing their intellectual as well as operational
skills and academic knowledge. We believe that the aptitude of a
person to demonstrate self-discipline, a sincere attitude and concern
with character rather than mere ‘status’ are of utmost importance. We
aim to develop people who set high moral standards for themselves,
while exhibiting leadership qualities that can further evaluated, directed
Wisdom, Service, Potential and developed.
