, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Najadi, is the first Arab Merchant Banker, linking the Middle East countries to the economies of Malaysia, and other ASEAN countries since 1974. AIAK Group in 1975 founded the Arab Malaysian Banking Group
(AMBG), now a US$ 16 Billion Banking Group in Asia. with an initial paid in capital of US$ 2 million only. AMBG soon became one of the largest Bank in Malaysia.
He is the Founder-Chief Strategic Advisor of Middle East Investment Bank, a licensed investment bank, Labuan and Kuala Lumpur. Under his leadership, AIAK initiated, advised and formed for Fidelity Bank Limited,
Ghana, an offshore commercial bank in Labuan and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
Najadi appointed by the Governor Central Bank of Malaysia, a non-executive independent Director of MIDF, for seven years. (1978-1985). MIDF is an Industrial and merchant banking highly credible firm in Malaysia. Najadi was the first Chairman of developing countries gathering at Davos Economic Symposium (now known as World Economic Forum), in Davos, Switzerland.
Najadi is also the founder and former Director of EURO-ASIAN CENTER at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. (1977-85). INSEAD is the first and the leading Business School of Europe. Mr. Najadi was a visiting lecturer in Business Management in Asia, founded with 50 multinational firms, such as Mitsubishi, Deutsche Bank, Shell Oil, Cathy Pacific, SGV Group, Manila, AMBANK, Sime Darby, and Paribas of France.
Najadi, as part of his M & A corporate finance activities in 1968 acquired from UBS Group, SUPRAMAR AG of Lucerne, Switzerland. the world FIRST inventor of Hydrofoils with licensees spanning Europe, USA and Asia. He expanded its operations world wide and established over 200 hydrofoil lines spanning five continents.
