Eligibility Criteria 

  • Successful completion of 10+2 or GCE – A Levels (Cambridge University).
  •  One reference letter from the previous school, additional would be an  advantage.

Any other accredited academic stream should provide equivalency from a Higher Secondary Board or based on recognition from National University.`

Admission Process Bachelor Program
  1. Counseling  : Visit our campus and meet our admission counsellor
  2. Any eligible candidate for GATE must submit an application in the prescribed form for the Entrance Test. The applicant must enclose the application form along with the copies of
    • Certified testimonial of all examinations passed
    • Equivalency, Transfer and Character Certificates
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs
    • A recommendation letter from previous school and /or college
    • Financial certificate
  1. The applicant must attend the tailor-made admission test to analyze their abilities and motivation for the program. If certain criteria are lacking, we may ask candidates to take basic courses such as Basic English for Hospitality.

    • Personal Interview
    • Group Analysis
    • G – Test
    • CMAT- Accepted Also
  1. Result and Conditional offer letter.
  2. Admission Confirmation by the Candidate.
  3. Bust-up classes or short-term course*
  4. Class commence

 * These training and classes are conducted on a requirement basis.

Admission Criteria Vocational Courses:
  1. Diploma in Culinary Arts:
    • Students should have completed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or it’s equivalent,
    • Students should have basic knowledge of English Language, both oral and written,
    • Students should have good health and mentally motivated to the industry,
    • Applicants who possess other qualifications will be considered on case-by-case basis
    • INTAKES: January/August
  2. Diploma in Bakery:
    • Students should have completed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or equivalent,
    • Students should have basic knowledge of English Language, both oral and written,
    • Students should have good health and mentally motivated to the industry,
    • Applicants who possess other qualifications will be considered on case-by-case basis
    • INTAKES: January/August

  3. Barista:
    • Students should have completed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or equivalent,
    • Students should have basic knowledge of English Language, both oral and written,
    • Students should have good health and mentally motivated to the industry,
    • Applicants who possess other qualifications will be considered on case-by-case basis
    • INTAKES: Every Month

  4. NSW-TAFE: Commercial Cookery Certificate III (SIT 30813):
    • Minimum qualification +2
    • BHM students interested to build their career as a chef
    • Working chefs
    • IELTS 5.5 required

  5. Food & Hygiene & Sanitation Training:
    • Students should have completed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or equivalent,
    • Students should have basic knowledge of English Language, both oral and written,
    • Students should have good health and mentally motivated to the industry,
    • Applicants who possess other qualifications will be considered on case-by-case basis
    • INTAKES: Every Week
    • Duration: 7 Hours ( One Day Program )
